Position
As a Business Development Representative , you'll be at the forefront of our growth, reporting directly to the owner of the company. This is your chance to spearhead sales and marketing, carve a path to greater market share, and create invaluable connections in the field. Responsibilities
  • Engage in Proactive Field Marketing:
  • Step out in the community and promote our top-notch services and build meaningful connections with plumbing firms, insurance agents, property managers, and other key players in the industry.
  • Discover promising partnership possibilities through methods like cold calls, face-to-face meetings, engaging marketing events, lots of networking, and successful trade shows.  
  • Build a plan and schedule to nurture these relationships.  
  • Creating strong trusting relationships is a prime focus in this role.

Customer-Centric Sales:
  • Connect directly with customers, ensuring their needs are met and deals are sealed.
  • Host memorable marketing events that put our company in the spotlight and drive participation in our referral programs.
  • Track and maintain interactions via cutting-edge Customer Resource Management (CRM) tools.

Collaborative Excellence:
  • Team up with the operations crew to fast-track solutions for customer issues, elevating their satisfaction levels.
  • Smashing sales goals, providing valuable feedback, and sharing insights during regular meetings with company leadership.

Qualifications Needed
  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Sales experience (2 years of B2B sales experience preferred).
  • Experience in restoration industry a plus, but not required
  • A clean driving record.
  • The ability to pass a background check.
