AR Accountant SAC

LHH Recruitment Solutions, formerly Accounting Principals, is assisting our local client with an accounts receivable search. This role is in office near Folsom, CA.
The main duties for the Accounts Receivable role are:

• Cash posting from the lock box report
  

• Cash reconciliations and analysis of short pays
  

• Reviewing billing and client contracts with sales
  

• AR reconciliations
  

• Emailing out bills to clients as requested
  

Experience requested:

• Fast and accurate data entry
  

• QuickBooks Desktop highly preferred
  

• 2 years of AR experience
  

• Excel intermediate
