Marian Catholic High School in Chicago Heights, Illinois, has an opening for a Human Anatomy/Biology Teacher for the 2024-25 school year due to a staff member relocating out of state.

The ideal candidate:

• Must have a bachelor's degree in Biology, Secondary Education-PEL Type 09
• Have at least 1-2 years Biology teaching experience in secondary or higher education
• Must be able to teach Human Anatomy and Biology
• Be joyful, flexible, communicative, collaborative, and tech savvy
• Enjoy working with students to foster a healthy, supportive classroom environment
• Be well-versed in modern teaching methods, including the use of the iPad in the classroom
• Boast experience teaching students critical reading skills and analytical writing skills
