Job Requirements / Description

The Vice President of Sales drives revenue generation on our assets, develops sales strategies for execution in the market and builds an asset development plan in partnership with key market leaders and as part of the branch senior leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • Implements targeted, customer-centric initiatives that drive revenue growth by leveraging appropriate resources and partnering with key stakeholders.
  • Drives for revenue goal attainment, both quarterly and annually while reporting revenue projections and forecasts.
  • Proactively develops sales force through recruiting, selecting, and growing exceptional sales talent, managing / coaching employee performance, and holding employees accountable against business and sales metrics.

Qualifications

Education and Certifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.

Work Experience

  • 5+ years leading a sales organization, with specific accomplishments in strategic roles directly empowering sales teams, building relationships with all levels within an organization and driving cultural change.

New York City Salary Range: $200,000 to $225,000
