Join our team as a Customer Experience Manager as you lead a group of motivated Team Leads within our Customer Experience organization. In this role, you’ll mentor your team to effectively lead our Associates, helping us deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will lead operations, efficiency, and service to internal and external customers. As you continue to build and scale your team, you’ll leverage your leadership and operational skills to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure the successful delivery of a best-in-class customer experience.

What You’ll Do As a Customer Experience Manager

  1. Provide coaching and constructive feedback to improve performance and enable your team to achieve all established goals & business objectives, and enhance the quality of all customer interactions.
  2. Participate in the escalation process, including working with customers and other DraftKings departments to resolve customer cases.
  3. Conduct regularly scheduled team and one-on-one meetings with your direct reports to address any issues, provide updates regarding performance, and provide direction regarding company and department policies and procedures.
  4. Assist with department administration such as recruiting, training, scheduling, and reporting.

We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 84,000.00 USD - 105,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
