Event Lighting Director/Technician

Are you passionate about events, especially in lighting and lighting design? We’re looking for skilled Lighting Designers, Technicians, and Directors (LDs) to bring expertise and creativity to our team. Full-time, part-time, and freelance opportunities are available, based on experience and availability.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in lighting for events, stages, and outdoor spaces
• Proficiency with DMX, lighting equipment, consoles, and power distribution
• Experience in Vector Works is a plus
• Professional, personable, and courteous demeanor
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
• Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience with Mac computers (a plus)
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Team-oriented with a self-motivated work ethic
• Event industry experience preferred
• Enthusiasm for learning and expanding creative skills
• Passion for growing in the event industry

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with our sales team to deliver innovative, functional lighting designs that meet client needs
• Partner with project managers and logistics teams to prepare for events, including equipment and location setup
• Assist in event setup, breakdown, and on-site lighting operations
• Help maintain our lighting equipment and inventory
