LHH is proactively recruiting for an HR Coordinator in Philadelphia, PA . This position is a Contract to Hire position. 100% onsite. The anticipated pay range is between $32-35/hr. depending on experience. Need someone to start ASAP. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Responsibilities:
Doing payroll
Entering Invoices
Clean up files organizing
Schedule interviews
Calendar Management
Qualifications:
Can Start ASAP
Must be proficient in Executive Compensation, deferred compensation, and dividend payroll
Must be comfortable with Excel
Good written and verbal communications
Proficient in MS Office Suites
Employment type: Contract to Hire (possible temp to perm), five days onsite
Salary: The anticipated pay range is between $32- $35/hr.
Pay Details: $32.00 to $35.00 per hour
