We’re looking for an Outside Sales Representative to find new target clients and maintain customer relationships to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a driven outside sales expert with prospecting, presenting, and closing skills. Responsibilities

  • Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly.
  • Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel.
  • Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients.
  • Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution for your prospects.
  • Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves.
  • Grow and maintain customer relationships.
  • Attend expos and events (golf events, Padres games, happy hours).
  • Participate in company sales meetings.
  • Follow all company outside sales representative duties.
  • Recruit more sales reps.
  • Be a team player.
  • Master sales talk.

Qualifications

  • Team-focused, organized, and self-starter with an orientation toward service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines.
  • A consistent top performer in sales.
  • Prefer a minimum of 2+ years of outside sales experience.
  • Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills.
  • High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred.
  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented.
  • Good first impression with people.
  • Must live within the greater Los Angeles area.

Compensation

$70,000 - $120,000 salary plus benefits
