Frandsen Bank & Trust is seeking a Business Banker for our Jordan, MN location. This position is responsible for prospecting and developing new client relationships, managing existing client relationships, and cross-selling our wide range of financial services to our customers and prospects located in the surrounding communities.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in lending within a banking setting
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Strong credit analysis and underwriting skills
