Junior Associate Attorney

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join our team. You'll have the opportunity to excel in sales and dive into the world of personal injury law.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in case preparation and management, including legal research and drafting documents.
2. Engage with potential clients, utilizing your sales expertise to convert leads into clients.
3. Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client representation.
4. Participate in client meetings and court proceedings as required.
5. Contribute to the firm's marketing and business development efforts.

Qualifications

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar or in the process of becoming admitted.
3. Strong sales skills with a proven track record of success.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Passion for personal injury law and a desire to make a difference for clients.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
