**Job Description:**
- Perform technical procedures and assist in the clinical evaluation and care of patients.
- Utilize specific modality to create diagnostic images and provide patients with a safe and positive experience.
- Practice and enforce radiation safety measures as per New York State Department of Health regulations.
- Support teaching and continue learning as technology evolves.
- Prepare and administer dosages of radiopharmaceuticals and contrast media.
- Prepare and position patients for scanning and operate nuclear medicine instruments and imaging equipment.
- Responsible for radiation safety and quality control procedures.
- Dispose of radioactive materials and monitor work areas and patient rooms to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Monday to Friday work schedule, without on-call responsibilities.
