About the Senior FP&A Partner, Sales & Marketing Position:

We are seeking a Senior FP&A Partner to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with our Commercial teams (Sales and Marketing) to support financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will provide financial insights to support decision-making and help drive revenue growth and cost control. Additionally, you will monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, experience working in a fast-paced environment, and a proven track record of providing actionable financial analysis to drive business results.

What You'll Do:

  • Own Customer-level profitability reporting, forecasting and planning in coordination with Sales and Operations.
  • Be responsible for revenue model including bookings to in-year-revenue, roll-forward, recurring and non-recurring reporting.
  • Sales pipeline analytics covering historical yields and coverage ratios across business lines, quarterly progression and performance versus targets, monthly and quarterly bookings projections.
  • Create and maintain Stord Customer ROI model in partnership with Sales.
  • Marketing returns on investment, benchmark analysis, and allocation of marketing spend brand vs. lead generating.
  • Deal-bid Pricing model partnership and presentation.
  • Be the financial partner in customer deal-bid reviews.
  • Be a true Business Partner to the commercial teams, providing accurate and timely financial analysis of key commercial initiatives providing joint business planning support.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support key business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain regularly reporting packages, including monthly/quarterly forecast plans, and customer/order information.
  • Support our Account Management team and existing customers with revenue forecasting, margin, renewal pricing, and revenue/margin variances analysis.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience: 6+ years in FP&A, 1-2 years within Sales Finance.
  • Experience partnering with Sales on revenue modeling, pipeline analytics, and revenue tracking.
  • Deal Bid and Pricing experience.
  • Degree in Finance or similar discipline, MBA a plus.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced/startup/banking environment.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite.
