1. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by actively prospecting and building a network of potential clients via phone calls.
2. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in various financial sectors.
3. Advise clients on investment strategies, financial products, and services that align with their goals and risk tolerance.
4. Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, negotiating and opening transactions on behalf of clients.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
6. Stay up-to-date with market developments, industry regulations, and financial news to provide informed recommendations to clients.

1. Passion to become a Broker.
2. Proven experience as a Sales Broker or in a similar role within the financial services industry.
3. In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and trading strategies.
4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
6. Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
