We are currently seeking a Field Merchandise Coordinator to work with our retail partners in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley. The Field Merchandise Coordinator is responsible for maintaining merchandising standards, execution, driving sales and elevating The Kasper Group brands in stores by providing a well - maintained, organized shopping environment and developing a strong with the stores to execute and elevate our brand standards.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • Merchandise all Kasper Group brands throughout all size zones following execution guides
  • Partner with the stores to ensure sale sets and markdown execution
  • Build relationships with store teams to drive sales by brand by store
  • Complete weekly Store Visit Recaps
  • Communicate floor moves, best sellers, slow sellers, stock and sizing opportunities

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Interpersonal interactions such as coaching, negotiating, selling, and making group presentations
  • Ability to perform verbal and written communications face to face and in-group settings
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint, excel and word applications
  • Retail Math knowledge




Salary Range: $52K - $58K *Actual base salary for this role within the above range will be based upon experience, qualifications and/or assigned unit.
