The primary objective of the Vice President position is to work in partnership with internal customers to deliver timely, accurate service to enterprise customers in one, or multiple, centers of excellence. The Vice President also leads a team of bswifters, directs and two-downs, to support their clients’ needs and create/keep raving fans of bswift!

This position oversees: ACA, Verification Services, Life Benefits, QMCSO and other administrative functions.

Specific responsibilities include the following:

  1. Collect, analyze data around quality, productivity and timeliness and drive programs and performance management to achieve KPIs
  2. Own project plans, governance & stewardships for our clients
  3. Organize regular stakeholder meetings to ensure excellent customer service
  4. Responsible for contractual compliance and managing financials
  5. Manage escalations and remediation plans when necessary
  6. Significant internal and occasional external client interactions
  7. Hire and equip great people that reflect our core values; Higher Standards, Greater Accountability, & More Fun
  8. Forecast and manage staffing levels and associated expenses
  9. People management, career development coaching
  10. Provide day to day guidance to the service delivery team
  11. Assist in product strategy rollout of new technology and services to our clients
  12. Drive efficiency through standard operating procedures (creation, refinements, and adherence) and through automation and challenging the status quo
  13. Coordinate business strategy with bswift's leadership team and other functional areas such as call center, Implementation, Product Management, additional COE Shared Operations groups, and IT team as needed.
  14. Assist in sales and marketing efforts as needed
  15. Consistently reflect our core values of higher standards, greater accountability, and more fun to bswift associates, clients, and partners

Qualifications/Experience/Skills/Other Requirements:

  1. 8+ years of service delivery / operations experience
  2. 3+ years of people leadership experience
  3. Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office products
  4. Comfortable making decisions in situations of ambiguity
  5. A leadership style that reflects and reinforces bswift core values
  6. Ability to assist and equip others to efficiently solve complex problems
  7. Detailed knowledge data best practices
  8. Significant process management experience
  9. Strong customer service orientation
  10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  11. Adaptability to a rapidly changing priority list
  12. Willingness to work nights and weekends when necessary
  13. Willingness to travel as needed (up to 20%)
  14. B.A. or B.S. required, or equivalent relevant work experience

Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $130,000-$180,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
