About the Role
We are looking for an accomplished Account Manager to join our global team and work across commercial, mid market and enterprise accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full responsibility for managing and developing a multi-million dollar portfolio.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts.
- Retaining clients by building strong, trusting relationships.
- Understanding client needs and identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio.
- Following up in a timely manner and working closely with internal teams.
The successful candidate will have:
- 5+ years' experience in SaaS business development, preferably in a post sale Account Manager role.
- Strong experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record of negotiating with key accounts.
- Highly organised problem solving skills.
- Self-starter skills and be able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Polished presentation skills, and experience in presenting both to external clients and internal stakeholders (such as QBRs with Customer Success Team).
