Responsibilities:
• Lead cross functional and business unit specific process improvement initiatives
• Identify opportunities to automate within business process improvement efforts
• Create the environment and processes to drive engagement between process owners, users and technical teams who have shared responsibility for improving the user experience, utility, and efficiency of our processes
• Design and facilitate sessions to identify improvements and solutions that support business and process needs across end to end processes
• Orchestrate change management efforts by building a shared understanding of business needs and opportunities, enabling wide-spread adoption of strategic investments, and building strong stakeholder support for process improvements
