We are seeking a licensed clinical therapist to join our team at Midwest Behavioral Clinic located in Fenton, Grand Blanc, and Highland, MI with flexibility for some remote work. As a Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing therapy and counseling services to individuals, (couples, and families is optional). Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Preference is given to candidates with advanced training and experience providing counseling/ therapy to children and teens. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
Licensure as a Clinical Counselor, Psychologist, Social Worker, or related professional designation
Experience in providing therapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, and families
Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and interventions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
Strong ethical and professional standards
Experience with electronic health record systems is a plus
