Your Day-to-Day:

• Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc).
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
• Clean and stock restrooms at regular intervals.
• Assist guests when necessary.
• Collect and dispose of trash throughout the shift and as needed.
• Carry out deep cleaning tasks and special projects.
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
• Make adjustments and minor repairs.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms.
• Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices.
• Perform other duties not listed here that may be assigned by leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• 18 years or older.
• Open availability, including weekends.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery (training provided).
• Ability to manage your time efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets.

Essential Job Functions:

• Standing and walking on your feet for long periods of time, up to 8 hours.
• Bend/lift heavy objects of up to 40 pounds.
