Job Description

BryceTech is currently looking for a Senior Subject Matter Expert III. This position will be supporting a high-visibility ASPR client managing over $21B in portfolio value with a variety of needs including support to the project team, acquisition program, and global health economic analysis efforts. This role will support the development and management of innovative government programs to expand the domestic industrial base for public health sector medical technology. Overall engagement will be focused on Business Case Development; and supporting IBMSC Research & Development Reporting.

The person in this role will:

  • Lead strategic planning and implementation efforts.
  • Define intended outcomes (the results that the IBMSC program wants to accomplish).
  • Define and aligns specific goals and objectives and strategies to achieve the intended outcomes
  • Identify and assess risks to achieving the desired future state.
  • Assess the sufficiency of the defined strategies to collectively achieve intended outcomes.
  • Identify performance measures that will help the IBMSC office gauge progress and results in the context of the IBMSC defined values.
  • Identifying priorities, based on urgency, expected impact, and logical dependencies.
  • Prioritize objectives and strategies.
  • Provide leadership and obtain management agreement on practices and behaviors that will facilitate implementation.
  • Lead the development of the transition plan and roadmap for implementation.
  • Support the review of business systems and tools designed to support ASPR.
  • Travel on official business per the government’s request as required.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with all MS Office products and Adobe Acrobat.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in business administration, or a relevant technical field (physical science / engineering) operations/production management or related field.
  • 22+ years of relevant experience in financial management, Federal budgeting, or a scientific field including, but not limited to biology, chemistry, data science.
  • Experience in Data Analytics, Computer Modeling, and Digital Applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Proficiency with all MS Office product and Adobe Acrobat.
