We're looking for an exceptional candidate to join our Team as a Delivery Manager. In this role, you will define, execute, and champion Integratz's Agile and Lean methodologies. Your expertise in working with clients, cross-functional teams, including product owners, engineers, and QA analysts, will be critical in driving the successful delivery of digital products in a dynamic Agile environment. You will ensure teams embrace Agile principles, flow management, and development practices throughout the product lifecycle, from planning and execution to release and support.
The ideal candidate will be adept at utilizing flow and flow metrics, optimizing workflow, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions, and fostering continuous improvement. With a strong bias for action and a commitment to creating a productive and positive work environment, you will ensure teams have everything they need to excel.

Agile and Lean Practices - Level: Expert
- Act as a recognized expert and advocate for the approaches, continuously reflecting and challenging the team.
- Facilitate team events and measure the effectiveness of the teams’ working processes.
- Flow Management: Optimize the delivery flow of teams; Set and enforce WIP limits, define, visualize, and manage the workflow.
- Actively address the most complicated risks, issues, and dependencies including where ownership exists outside the team or no clear ownership exists.
Life Cycle Perspective - Level: Practitioner
- Apply experience in multiple parts of the product life cycle.
- Recognize when it is right to move forward and when it is right to stop, maintaining Delivery Momentum
- Recognize the appropriate deliverables and the right people to meet them.
- Plan and engage with the appropriate stakeholders at a particular stage in the project.
Planning - Level: Expert
- Lead a continual planning process in a very complex environment.
- Plan beyond product delivery.
- Ensure clear start and finish points for work items.
- Identify dependencies in plans across services and coordinate delivery.
Metrics and Data Analysis - Level: Expert
- Track and analyze key flow metrics (Cycle Time, Throughput, Work Item Age, WIP).
- Regularly monitor and analyze business KPIs to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize workflow and make informed decisions.
- Establish and manage Service Level Expectations (SLEs) to drive predictability and reliability.
Qualifications
Professional Certifications:
- A Scaled Agile certification.
- Professional Kanban (PK1), Professional Applied Metrics (PAM) & Professional Flow Metrics for Scrum (PFMS) from ProKanban.org.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing Agile teams in a delivery manager or similar role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-value projects on time and within budget in an Agile environment.
- Extensive experience with Agile and Lean methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and a scaling approach.
- Strong experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, or similar project management software
