Job Description: Woodbury Corporation is looking to hire a construction accountant to oversee the preparation of bank draws and monitor development budgets.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Bank Reconciliations
• Accounts Payable
• Budget Tracking/Analysis
• Managerial Accounting Analysis
• Prepare Monthly Financial Statements

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Experience in the financial statement audit process is preferred
• Excellent analytical, research, and managerial accounting skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience within the real-estate industry is preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills
