We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, understanding their needs, and proactively addressing any concerns. Your goal is to foster long-term partnerships and drive client success.
  • Client Retention : You'll work closely with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities, and promote renewals. Your ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships will be critical.
  • SaaS Expertise : Having a solid understanding of SaaS products and services is essential. You'll collaborate with our technical teams to provide clients with tailored solutions and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Organization : As an extremely organized individual, you'll manage multiple accounts simultaneously, track progress, and meet deadlines. Attention to detail is paramount.
  • Collaboration : You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Problem-Solving : When challenges arise, you'll proactively find solutions, address client inquiries, and escalate issues as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • English C1/C2
  • 3-5 years of experience in an Account Management role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales and customer service principles and best practices
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
