Insurance Account Manager - Tribal

We are seeking an experienced Tribal Commercial Account Manager for our client, a leading provider of Employee Benefits, Commercial, and Personal Lines of Insurance. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the insurance needs of tribal clients across industries such as trucking, transportation, marine, healthcare, and more. This position emphasizes retention, growth, and excellent service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct customer service to Tribal Commercial Lines clients
• Issue necessary documentation, including certificates of insurance and auto insurance ID cards
• Complete applications, negotiate with underwriters, and prepare proposals for business estimates
• Contact clients and underwriters to obtain information or answer coverage-related questions
• Resolve policy and coverage concerns for clients, insurance carriers, and producers
• Place coverage with acceptable carriers, adhering to binding authority
• Maintain accurate documentation for client communications
• Cross-sell and upsell coverages, recommending changes to ensure enhanced protection
• Assist with Workers' Compensation Analytical Reports and training as needed

Compensation and Structure:

• Base Salary: $65K - $85K OTE

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years of commercial lines experience in an independent agency
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• WA State insurance licenses
• Preferred designations: ACSR, CIC, CPCU, CISR
• Experience with AMS 360 / ImageRight
