Essential Functions As a Procurement Intern, you will be responsible for: Building financial model and business cases in support of proposed capital investment for new IT systems Analyzing ground equipment inventory levels and replenishment requirements Variance Analysis Ad-hoc financial and operational data analysis Other work as assigned Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Qualifications and Education Requirements Must be currently enrolled as a part-time or full-time student at a college Minimum sophomore status by the time the internship begins Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Qualified candidates must pass a criminal history background check Able to complete the full 10-week internship program (June-August 2025) Preferred Skills On- or off-campus leadership experience Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Proven project coordination skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and establish priorities High degree of organization, self-motivation and creative thinking Capabilities to apply principles of logic and scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems as it relates to operating a fleet of Boeing 737 aircraft. Preference provided to undergraduate students with an interest in finance, Business who are highly motivated and detail oriented. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
