A Java Tech Lead job in Denver, CO is currently available at Belcan. To be considered for the role, you will need a bachelor"s degree and at least 10 years of experience. We are seeking an experienced Onsite Java Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and maintaining high standards of software quality. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to coordinate between onsite and offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Java developers in the design, development, and maintenance of applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Coordinate between onsite and offshore teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and project outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Java Tech Lead or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Java 8 and above.
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- Proficient in SQL and database management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively with onsite and offshore teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- US Citizen or Green card holder.
We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $100,000 to $150,000. Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
