Position Overview:
FULLY REMOTE POSITION - NO LOCATION PREFERENCE
FTE CONVERSION POSSIBLE
Overall summary of this role: Perform Data Documentation & Governance efforts surrounding key Transformation effort which will include delivering upon Data Dictionaries for Enterprise Data Stores, SQL Queries for Data to Dashboard mapping, and develop Dashboards leveraging this key information in support of Contact Center Measurements and Analytics. Additional responsibilities include Call Listening efforts and support to deliver upon key understandings and insights around pain-points for Product partner opportunities. Experience in financial services, with deep knowledge of HR systems or financial services products, customers, transactions and interaction data. Ability to data mine, analyze data, and present insights in a meaningful way. Ability to develop and maintain strategic partnership with Senior Business unit management, business partners and project sponsors, as well as communicate effectively with business, and development teams, end users, and product owners.
Preferred and Required Skills/Experience:
(Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience):
- Strong technical/functional understanding of systems and platform integration (required) with Amazon Connect or other Contact Center Datasets
- Experience querying large data using SQL, Python, and Tableau/PowerBI
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI (required)
- Thorough understanding of Data Governance principles like source to target mapping, managing data dictionary, developing data flow maps and navigating data systems (required)
- Ability to design and automated mapping using concrete data flow data at scale (required - 5MM+ Interactions at 100+ Log Sequencers per Interaction)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including requirements writing (required)
- Strong attention to detail for Quality Control checks of data (required)
- Previous Contact center experience (required)
This position will report directly to Data Governance and Strategy Leader.
