Sales and Marketing position:

  • Help and assist under upper-level management
  • Conduct all responsibilities related to the sales and marketing team
  • Follow CDC guidelines while speaking face to face with customers as well as being present in the office with other employees
  • Understand each department within sales, marketing, and customer service & provide goals to them
  • Provide any administration support such as compliance or generating a customers order
  • Conduct weekly interviews with qualified candidates and thoroughly know how to explain the role and responsibilities to others
  • Express a friendly and upbeat attitude
  • Help managers evaluate performance on the account managers here
  • Keep track of the business revenue
  • Participate in daily meetings to review the companies standards and targeted goals
