Business Systems Analyst – Debt & Equity

LOCATION: Greater Los Angeles

Position Overview:

The Business Systems Analyst supports the operational workflow for debt deals, ensuring data quality and accuracy across applications related to portfolio management, asset management, and originations. This role collaborates with internal and external teams, manages user accounts, and customizes applications to meet specific business needs.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide application support for debt-related systems, ensuring functionality and user satisfaction.

• Customize and optimize applications for debt deal workflows, improving operational efficiency.

• Ensure the quality and reliability of data from internal and external sources.

• Conduct regular data validation and implement quality control processes.

• Manage user accounts, onboarding/onboarding, and ensure appropriate roles/permissions.

• Collaborate with portfolio management and asset management teams for system integration and optimization.


Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years in business analysis or application management, preferably in real estate or financial services.

• Proficiency in debt-related applications (e.g., Backshop, RealINSIGHT, Chatham, Argus).

• Advanced skills in SQL and Excel.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
