We are a rapidly expanding, privately owned Home Care organization looking for an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our continued growth and success. The ideal candidate will bring extensive executive-level leadership, with a deep understanding of the Home Care industry and a proven track record of driving operational excellence and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Leadership : Shape and implement the organization’s vision and mission, with a clear focus on expanding our presence within the Home Care industry.
• Home Care Expertise : Leverage your deep knowledge of the Home Care/Home Health sector to navigate industry-specific challenges, regulatory environments, and market opportunities.
• Operational Excellence : Oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on delivering exceptional home care services and maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
• Growth & Expansion : Develop and lead initiatives to expand home care services, enter new markets, and increase market share through strategic partnerships and innovative care models.
• Financial Oversight : Manage financial planning, budgeting, and performance to ensure sustainable growth and profitability within the Home Care framework.
• Regulatory Compliance : Stay abreast of federal, state, and local regulations governing Home Care and ensure all operations are compliant with industry standards.
• Leadership Development : Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing executive team, with a focus on creating a culture of accountability, innovation, and exceptional service delivery.
• Stakeholder Relationships : Serve as the face of the organization with key stakeholders, including patients, families, healthcare partners, and investors.

Qualifications :

• Experience : Minimum of 10 years in the Home Care or Home Health industry, with at least 5 years at the VP level or higher. Candidates must have deep operational knowledge specific to home care services.
• Leadership : Demonstrated success in leading and scaling a Home Care organization, with strong operational and financial management skills.
• Industry Expertise : Extensive understanding of Home Care business models, regulatory requirements, patient care delivery, and industry trends.
• Education : Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• Financial Acumen : Proven ability to manage large budgets, drive revenue growth, and deliver financial sustainability in a home care setting.
• Communication Skills : Strong communicator with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including clinical teams, patients, families, and business partners.
• Visionary Leadership : Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and growth within the home care sector.

Pay: $175,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
