Description:

Client is seeking a qualified Sr. Analyst that will be responsible for data analysis of paid campaigns to accelerate Client’s Display Group performance marketing. This role is within the marketing organization of Client's Display. This role will be responsible for forecasting and reporting on paid media performance for Amazon, Best Buy and Walmart. This role will focus on B2C and B2B campaigns. In this role, you oversee strategy to maximize results across all marketing channels to successfully drive campaign objectives. This is a marketing strategy and data analytics role leading marketing campaigns (both HQ-led and SEA-led campaigns), partnering across internal teams and with partners on a global platform at Client.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4-6 years related experience with Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree and experience in data Analysis, Ecommerce operations or product management.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & data analysis.
  • Ability to effectively communicate to both internal & external stakeholders.
  • Provide business intelligence support and supporting areas by means of both repeatable and ad hoc reporting delivery reports (charts, graphs, tables, etc) that enable informed business decisions.
  • Assists in creating and executing product marketing plans with respect to traffic forecast, spend forecast and sales achievement from marketing campaigns.
  • Drives achievement of product KPIs such traffic, ROAS and sales.
  • Collaborates with sales and product marketing teams to monitor traffic forecast to actual and any demand changes.
  • Deep dive into the competition activities per 4P principles, manage competition landscaping analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency in using web and data analytic tools (Google Analytics, Tableau), excel pivot tables and basic functions for maintaining and creating reports.
  • Comfortable navigating a complex organization and building cross-functional relationships.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills with the ability to balance rigorous attention to details with swift execution.
  • Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous projects and activities.
  • High energy, works with a sense of urgency, highly responsive in a fast-paced environment along with a problem solver, optimistic attitude.
  • Excellent presentation skills; ability to communicate your ideas and convince an audience using data and visual storytelling.
  • Experience in developing marketing and sales presentations, using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes performance of process activities, identifies problem areas, and presents findings in clear, concise charts, graphs, tables, or summaries.
  • Establishes standardized methods of recording, tracking and reporting on activity.
  • Design, implement, automate and maintain large scale enterprise data ETL processes.
  • Modify existing databases and database management systems and/or direct programmers and analysts to make changes.

Skills:

  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently or with minimal direction.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of one or more key information service standards such as SDLC, ITIL, QA/testing, Project Management, Six Sigma, etc.
  • Strong PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
  • 5-7 years of experience required.
  • Process certification, such as, Six Sigma, CBPP, BPM, ISO 20000, ITIL, CMMI.
