IT Intern - 112200DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Arconic is currently in search of an IT Intern to join our Arconic IT Team in Pittsburgh, PA.Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities * Work with Business groups to gather and document business needs and processes * Develop enterprise business automation solutions using the toolset of the assigned projects * Work with business teams to perform application testing of configurations, migrations, and customizations * Operate with Arconic IS standards and conventions and applicable Arconic BU/RU IT Standards * Work across a global IT team to share information and best practicesKey Objectives * Collaborate with IT Applications teams learn internal development processes and standards * Learn and apply the applicable toolsets to solve real world business problems * Add value to the company through key IT project and task deliverables * Bring a new perspective and new ideas to IT efforts and processesQualifications Basic Qualifications * Credits toward a bachelor's degree in IS/IT or similar, from an accredited institution * Relevant IT course work completed successfully * Basic understanding of algorithms, systems analysis and design, database concepts, and networking concepts * Must have an expected graduation date in late 2025, Spring/Summer of 2026, or, Spring/Summer of 2027 * Current cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater * Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
