We are a skilled nursing facility seeking an Activities Director to join our team! The ideal candidate is a proven leader who can develop a program to ensure the resident's health and wellness needs are being met.
Shift Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm (weekend coverage as needed)
Activities Director Requirements:
- Create wellness program for residents
- Build relationships with external stakeholders by recruiting volunteers to assist in the wellness experience.
- Lead activity assistants by making sure they are following calendar and completing tasks assigned to them, including charting on daily activities.
- Actively participates and leads meetings by providing quality input and being prepared as required.
PAY AND BENEFITS: Salary range $18.00 - $22.00/hour
The rate would increase, and be negotiable, with experience as Activities Director, or similar, in a SNF setting
