A food manufacturing company is seeking a high-performing individual to join the team and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in the frozen and freeze-dried fruits and vegetables industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop a comprehensive sales and marketing plan.
2. Conduct market intelligence research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
3. Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
4. Set up meetings with potential clients and deliver impactful presentations on our products and services.
5. Create regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
6. Negotiate and close deals while addressing customer complaints or objections.

Requirements and Skills:

1. 3-5 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive in the Food sector (Industrial, Retail, HORECA).
2. Strong network in the Food industry.
3. Logistics and supply chain knowledge in B2B and B2C environments.
4. Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
5. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
