If you are an expert with classified computers within the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community computing environments, Northrop Grumman Corporation has fantastic opportunities for your career growth. We are seeking experienced Cybersecurity Professionals across the country to support information systems lifecycle activities. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site, full-time at our Redondo Beach, CA campus. The individual will perform the following duties on a day-to-day basis in support of the program:

Job Description:

1. Perform comprehensive assessment of the management, operational, and technical security controls employed within or inherited by an IS to determine the overall effectiveness of the controls.
2. Establish strict program control processes to ensure mitigation of risks and supports obtaining certification and accreditation of systems.
3. Assist in the implementation of the required government policy (i.e., NISPOM, DCID 6-3).
4. Perform analyses to validate established security requirements and to recommend additional security requirements and safeguards.
5. Support the formal Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) required by each government accrediting authority.
6. Document the results of Certification and Accreditation activities and prepare the system Security Plans.
7. Periodically conduct a complete review of each system's audits and monitor corrective actions.

Basic Qualifications for Level 3:

1. Master's degree with 3 years of experience; OR a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience; OR an Associate's degree with 7 years of experience; OR a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 9 years of experience.
2. Current DOD Top Secret level security clearance.
3. Ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Programs.
4. Active DoD 8570 IAM level II (or higher) security certification.

Basic Qualifications for Level 4:

1. Master's Degree with 7 years of experience; OR a Bachelor's Degree with 9 years of experience; OR an Associate's Degree with 11 years of experience; OR a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 13 years of experience.
2. Current DOD Top Secret level security clearance.
3. Ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Programs.
4. Active DoD 8570 IAM level III security certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Master's or Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security.
2. Active DoD 8570 IAM level III security certification.
3. Experience with Certification and Accreditation of classified systems and Risk Management Framework.
4. Knowledge of ACAS, NESSUS, SPLUNK, SCAP, POA&Ms, NIST, DIACAP, NISPOM, system audits, vulnerability scanning, and RMF package development preferred.

Salary Range: $107,300 - $160,900
Salary Range 2: $133,000 - $199,600
