Operational Project Manager, Social Media
Our well-known financial services client is looking to bring on a contract Operational Project Manager to support their Social Media Team. This is a hybrid role working onsite 1-2 days per week at our client’s San Diego, CA or Fort Mill, NC office and remaining days remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule messages and create UTM links for 15 social media channels
- Develop and maintain the Social Media Content Calendar
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create project timelines and ensure timely delivery of engaging content
- Lead campaign execution, ensuring all key milestones are met
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in all aspects of the role
Operational Project Manager Requirements:
- Familiarity with social media publishing tools, particularly Sprout Social
- Must have project management lifecycle experience, work flows, and working with cross-functional teams in previous roles
- Creative Project Management experience is preferred. Social Media Coordinator experience and Content Migration experience could work as well
- Must have experience working in Smartsheets and Sprout Social
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38.85 – $42 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
