Position Title: Junior Electrical Maintenance Execution Engineer
Pay Rate: $86,800 - $115,700
Multiple factors, including individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Job You Will Perform: A Junior Electrical Maintenance Execution Engineer’s role is vital to the improvement of equipment and process reliability. Reliability engineering is the enhancement of traditional maintenance engineering with a portion of process engineering to eliminate equipment and system failures. A successful reliability engineer will be able to interact with all parts of the organization. They must work hand in hand with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering. A successful candidate must have a passion for continuous improvement and drive to resolve problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Eliminate unscheduled downtime
- Perform root cause failure analysis (RCFA) on reliability incidents to identify and correct physical, human, and latent root causes.
- Resolve chronic equipment issues.
- Support manufacturing work system (MWS) teams by analyzing work notifications to ensure the right jobs are worked at the right time and by assisting with the planning of complex work orders to achieve reliability targets.
- Assist with capital projects to ensure design for reliability.
- Criticalities Assessment Owner: lead development effort and keep criticalities current. Reliability Engineers are responsible for defining, developing, administering, and refining the equipment care programs.
- Lead Equipment Reliability Strategy development (FMEA process)
- Predictive Maintenance: develop routes; ensure communication between core team and technician
- Preventative Maintenance: develop PM mechanics for each area; develop routes and manage the program and communication with core teams
- Participate with Global Manufacturing System (GMS) Element teams
- Facility Plan Development: maintain 5 year repair plan for area
- Support Area teams: Help resolve technical issues or repair procedures as required
- Support maintenance Area Maintenance Managers & First Line Leaders as needed: EPD Oversight, Drive System Oversight, Precision Motor Program, IEPM, and MWS Team

- BS Degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred
- 5+ years experience at manufacturing facility
- Strong technical and maintenance background with electrical power distribution experience
- Proficient with Microsoft and SAP PM Applications (preferred)
