Job Summary and Qualifications

As the Clinical Resource Associate Director, you will be responsible for actively participating and successfully completing the Clinical Resource Associate Director program. This competency-based program will provide extensive developmental activities to prepare you to become a Clinical Resource Director or another key management position within HealthTrust Supply Chain organization.

What you will do in this role:

1. Successfully complete and pass scheduled classroom training, including Harvard Management courses and Supply Chain University programs.
2. Complete field-training assignments within a hospital or division setting.
3. Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to reduce supply expense per adjusted admission while maintaining or improving quality and outcomes.
4. Participate in and lead Supply Management Action team (SMAT) meetings and Clinical Value Analysis Team (CVAT) meetings.
5. Understand supply expense management, including identifying and explaining supply expense variances.
6. Meet the requirements of quarterly reviews given by the Division Clinical Resource Director and/or the Supply Chain CEO.

What Qualification you will need:

1. Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Health Administration, Nursing, Pharmacy, or other Allied Health Profession).
2. Master’s degree highly preferred.
3. Minimum 2 years of clinical/healthcare experience in an acute setting required.
4. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.
5. LPN/RN, Certified Materials and Resource Professional (CMRP), or similar credential highly preferred.
