As a Digital Solutions Product Manager , you will be a part of the Komatsu team enabling enhanced digital experiences for our user communities. This role will be responsible for the strategic approach and implementation of the logged-in member network experience, including experiences around user profile, user administration, onboarding, personalized dashboard, and loyalty/rewards.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital product management, with experience developing a deep understanding of users’ needs, translating needs into business requirements, and partnering with development teams to turn requirements into reality. This role will define product vision and roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user-centered design principles, oversee development to ensure adherence to requirements, and manage digital products across their product lifecycle.

Key Job Responsibilities

  1. Work with Digital Product Managers to help design, develop, and deploy digital solutions in alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
  2. Develop and maintain strategic digital product roadmaps of shared experiences, focusing on optimizations, new functionalities, and integrations across other digital products.
  3. Develop a deep understanding of our users, persona groups, and their needs, leading voice of customer, voice of distributor, and data analysis across product portfolios.
  4. Responsible for leading the registration and onboarding experience across persona groups.
  5. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across design, build, deploy, and other product lifecycle phases.
  6. Develop user acceptance testing plans, considering the involvement of key user groups across product portfolios.
  7. Lead the strategy and implementation of a loyalty and rewards program.
  8. Coordinate with marketing communications, commercial, and support teams to prepare for product launches and releases.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, UX design, or a related field.
  • Five plus years in software design/development, digital product management, or related experience preferred.
  • Ability to identify customers' true underlying business needs, recognize trends, and anticipate future customer needs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Experience working with or developing user stories that are concise, feasible, and have clear acceptance criteria.
  • Knowledge of the heavy equipment, construction, or mining industry a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain effective communication with global project members.
