Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays an important role in the successful performance of HR activities in general and specifically in recruiting activities.

In this role you will be expected to control and manage the hiring process administrative activities by partnering closely with our HR, recruiting team and hiring managers and interacting in a positive and engaging way with our candidates. You will also be leading Tower production line hiring and candidates pool generation and responsible for the recruitment of entry level manufacturing positions.

The administrative activities might include generation of job descriptions, job postings (internal and external), sourcing activities, phone screens, interviews scheduling, offer extension, job fairs and academic relations facilitation, etc.

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required
  • Preferred 1 to 2 years experience in similar roles
  • Full control of Office suite (Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • You should be a great team player, innovative and creative, comfortable to work in a fast paced, ambiguous and changing environment while showing your abilities to manage excellent relationship with candidates and internal partners (HR, Managers etc.)
  • Must be willing to work on-site out of the Newport Beach office

Compensation Range: $63,050 - $66,950
