The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from $122,699 to $160,345.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Project Manager (Digital Projects) is responsible for managing the overall implementation of Digital projects and Programs. A skilled and results-oriented individual that leads cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope and budget. Proficient in all phases of project lifecycle management, from its initiation and planning to its closure. Possesses the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements while maintaining strategic focus on achieving organizational objectives.

MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Provides leadership on various programs and projects, including the development of scope, creation of project team, management of project team across business and IT areas (Architecture, Infrastructure, Governance, Security, Networking), solution design creation, solution sign-off, project design execution, operational handover, and closeout.
  2. Interfaces with Global counterparts to review solution design and facilitate best practice process considerations in solution design.
  3. Leads cross-functional project teams and holds regular program/project status meetings.
  4. Acts as the lead team member concerning day-to-day goals and provides direction, holding project team members accountable for results.
  5. Manages vendor relationships, system integrators, contractors, and contingent workers on a project-by-project basis.
  6. Demonstrates an ability to blend traditional project management principles with an Agile development approach.
  7. Executes the Scrum Master role when Agile methodology is used in the project, ensuring effective use of Scrum methodology.
  8. Participates in the preparation of plans and budgets for programs and projects. Manages progress against plans and takes corrective action to offset variances.
  9. Responsible for meeting corporate objectives for capital investment and managing projects to approved scope, schedule, and budget.
  10. Provides relationship management for business and supporting areas.
  11. Responsible for the Applications Lifecycle Management, including the definition, adoption, and evolution of Agile methodology and DevOps Tools.
  12. Conducts regular results review sessions with individual team members to monitor productivity and identify opportunities for improvement.
  13. Collaborates with the Digital Team to identify best practices and ensure consistent adoption across all Digital Team channels.
  14. Maintains an ongoing understanding of current and planned activities across Digital Channels to support planning and resource allocation needs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in IT, Business, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience required.

Skills/Abilities:

  • Microsoft Suite advanced user.
  • Certification for Project/Program management, PMP (preferred).
  • Trained in Agile Methodology.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (Preferred).
  • Lean Thinking / Lean startup.
  • Knowledge of IT design and architecture.
  • Management skills including staff development and budget management.
  • ITIL / SAFe.

Experience/Training:

  • 3-5 years of IT project management experience.
  • 3-5 years of Business Analyst/project support experience.
  • Strong service delivery experience, preferably within IT.
  • Experience in leading projects and/or teams.
  • Prior management supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of IT business and financial aspects.
