Job Requirements / Description
Our Commercial Interiors client is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the Project Management department through the holidays. Coverage is needed November 1st – December 31st, onsite Monday – Friday 8-5 in Houston, TX (I-10 & 610 loop). You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and communicating project status updates.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Communicate project status with customers and team.
- Collect details for Change Orders and Punch Item orders.
- Work in Hedberg (our order management system) to: Tracking orders and Schedule deliveries.
Requirements:
- Ability to quickly learn new software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Available during the holiday season, no planned time off.
- Good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work with many interruptions.
- Ability to work and communicate with a diverse group of people.
