RFP Process:
- Develop a strategic approach for each RFP opportunity.
- Oversee the creation of the proposal content, ensuring it is persuasive, well-structured, and addresses all requirements outlined in the RFP.
- Clearly articulate the unique value proposition of your company's products or services, highlighting key differentiators that set your offering apart from competitors.
- Ensure that the proposal adheres to all the requirements and instructions specified in the RFP.
- Prepare for presentations or oral interviews with the client.
- Conduct a post-mortem analysis after each proposal submission to identify areas of improvement and lessons learned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in generating and securing business/projects, preferably within the commercial construction industry.
- History of successfully securing projects and driving revenue growth within the commercial construction sector.
- Proven track record of managing the end-to-end RFP process effectively.
- Experience in preparing and delivering presentations to clients as part of the RFP process.
- Ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and provide strategic direction in business development initiatives.
