About Team:
Our team works closely with our eCommerce business to better serve customers by empowering team members, stores, and merchants with technological innovation. Focus areas include customers, stores and employees, in-store service, merchant tools, merchant data science, and search and personalization.
What You'll Do:
- Help us build the next generation of UI experiences.
- Integrate APIs and Web Services.
- Implement best practices and design patterns.
- Troubleshoot business and production issues.
- Thrive in a high-energy, agile development environment.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience building customizable, reusable, and dynamic front-end components using ReactJS, Redux, Node.js and Next.js.
- Experience with Typescript and ECMAScript 6.
- Experience in interactive and responsive web development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and SASS for mobile and tablet.
- Experience in integrating APIs and Web Services.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks: Jest, React Testing Library, Mocha, and Chai.
- Experience with Jenkins (CI/CD).
- Strong understanding of web services, component integration, cookies, headers, and server-to-server communication.
- Experience working on browser performance and optimization.
- Good understanding of product engineering and experience working closely with product managers and designers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science and 5 years' experience in software engineering OR Master of Science.
Preferred Qualifications:
Customer Care, Customer Service, Information Technology, Project Management, Retail Operations, Support, Technical Strategy, Troubleshooting.
