Servicing and operations professionals seek to transform and define an integrated support model through automation and cutting-edge digital technologies, to deliver an excellent experience for our clients and businesses.WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?Strategy & Transformation team plays an integral role in leading the strategic vision and execution of all Banking & Investment Service operations.The Business Process Analyst will support cross-functional business leaders to drive large scale transformation efforts across CNB. The Analyst will align closely with one or more B&IS teams and partner with team managers to plan, prioritize and deliver process enhancements; design and execute target operating model, and address risk and control gaps. The Analyst will facilitate this via due diligence discussions with stakeholders to gain in-depth understanding of their business strategy and products/services to identify and drive process improvements. This position requires both written and visual depictions of business process flows for moderate to complex projects. This individual must have the ability to access and interpret data to produce analytical insights for management decision making.What you will doConduct thorough evaluation of current state processes via review of existing documentation, stakeholder interviews and walk-throughs, analytical research, and data analysisAnalyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes and develop repeatable and quantifiable business process improvementsWork collaboratively across the business functions to challenge current state processes, and test and develop innovative future state processes, while understanding and communicating upstream/downstream impact of proposed changesCoordinate with cross-functional teams to develop training plans, colleague and client communication strategy and documentation updates to ensure sustainability of enhanced processes and controlsCreate and maintain cross-organizational relationships to enable success for self and teamSupport development, implementation, and continuous improvement of tools, templates, and best practices that support process and control improvement activitiesPartner with process owners and process & product managers to identify and participate in process improvements activities to maximize efficiency, quality and customer experienceDevelop & maintain project tracking including status updates to stakeholdersDevelop and support analysis activities to assist tactical and strategic programsContribute to ad-hoc assignments and special projects.Must-Have*Bachelor's Degree Finance, Business Administration or technology preferredMinimum 5 years of experience in Financial Services or Banking industries preferredMinimum 5 years of experience working in project-based rolesSkills and KnowledgeExcellent process management and problem-solving skillsEfficient in contributing to business transformation initiativesComfortable working in a constantly changing environment and managing people, process and technology updatesStrong understanding of project management methodologies and proceduresExcellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracyStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to navigate, facilitate, negotiate, and influence across stakeholdersAdvanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (required), including Microsoft, PowerPoint, Excel; preferably also Microsoft VisioExcellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple prioritiesAbility to work independently and in a self-directed mannerAbility to interact with all levels of management.#LI-NW1#CA-NW
