- Case Management, Psychosocial Treatment, and Residential Care coordination skills
- Experience in working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness
- Knowledge of mental health laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Certification in Case Management or related field is a plus
