Position: Java Developer

Introduction:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Java Developer to join our dynamic IT team. This role requires expertise in Java, JQuery, JSP, and Spring MVC frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing web-based applications to support business requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications using Java, JQuery, JSP, and Spring MVC.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
3. Enhance existing applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations, and designing and implementing systems.
4. Maintain and improve the performance of existing software.
5. Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues.
6. Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
7. Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary.
