What You Bring to Cambia:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field and minimum of 5 years' experience planning and executing human capital programs and processes or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills and Attributes:
- Familiarity with federal and state employment laws and regulations, including EEO/AA, FMLA, and ADA.
- Strong communication and planning skills to coordinate activities with staff and organizational leaders.
- Knowledge of company and HR policies and procedures, with the ability to interpret and provide guidance to employees and leaders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence partners and recommend solutions.
- Project management experience in a corporate or HR setting, with skills in problem-solving, analysis, and computer applications (e.g., spreadsheet development, report generation, presentation development).
- Ability to manage sensitive information discreetly and effectively communicate with management on human capital issues.
- Experience designing and executing successful HR initiatives, including facilitating calibration meetings and training sessions for staff and management.
- Experience pulling and analyzing HRIS data to inform business decisions.
What You Will Do at Cambia:
- Maintain a general understanding of HR benefits, programs, and policies, and answer questions and provide resources to employees and managers.
- Respond to inquiries on internal equity, partnering with managers to review and analyze data, and make recommendations on salary adjustments.
- Assist with implementation of Employee Engagement surveys, including analyzing results and preparing presentations for assigned business units.
- Develop onboarding plans and materials for new leaders, partnering with the business and HRBPs.
- Evaluate and approve Workday tasks from assigned business units and support organizational re-design and workforce adjustments.
- Assist with planning, deck creation, and facilitation of calibration sessions, succession, and talent review meetings.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze exit survey data, and provide Workday support, including processing WFAs, auditing year-end data, and generating reports and dashboards.

The expected hiring range for a HR Consulting Specialist II is $82,500 - $95,000 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure/certifications; performance history; and work location. The bonus target for this position is 10%. The current full salary range for this role is $77,000 - $127,000.
