What you will do
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet our organization’s needs. You will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce and ensuring that we attract the best candidates for various roles.
How you will do it
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the company culture.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment materials.
- Participate in job fairs and recruiting events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and industry organizations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Additional duties assigned by management.
Educations and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in sales, engineering, safety, logistics, administration and manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible to change and open to constructive feedback.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in recruitment.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Excel Spreadsheet software and MS Word, MS PowerPoint Word Processing software.
Work Environment:
Typical office environment.
