We are currently seeking career-driven students who are interested in a Co-Op opportunity , in a welding and steel fabrication environment, for the 2024-2025 academic year. Co-ops generally run anywhere from October to June, depending on the educational institution's academic calendar.
We are seeking Co-Ops who possess the following educational and work qualifications:

  • High school CTC/CTE or post-secondary students currently enrolled in a welding or metal fabrication program
  • The ability to learn and use tools, blueprints, and measuring instruments
  • A satisfactory or above academic, attendance and safety record.

Based on business demands, the co-op is welcome to apply for future full-time 1st or 3rd shift opportunities, barring successful completion of high school or post-secondary graduation requirements and a minimum performance rating of meets expectations during their time at High Steel Structures LLC.
